The following sets forth the agreement (the “Agreement”) regarding services by the third party individuals who refer Backend Engineer candidates (“Referrer”) to assist Hyperdoc Inc. (“Client”) with its recruiting.
Candidates must be presented in the form of a resume, LinkedIn profile, or GitHub profile and a summary over email (“Introduction” or “Introduced”). All candidate presentations must be made via email and the timestamp of this communication will be used to determine ownership, if it is an aspect of dispute. Each candidate presentation must include the candidate contact email. Client may reject a candidate for any reason.
Guarantee: Referrer will offer a Ninety (90) day guarantee for each candidate who is hired through its representation. This guarantee will be established and begins to run on the first day of employment, and will expire at the end of the Ninetieth (90th) calendar day. Referrer agrees to refund the fee if a candidate’s employment is terminated.
